Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and fa9990 ("the Platform", "fa9990", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at fa9990.club. By accessing, browsing, registering on, or in any way using the fa9990 platform, you unconditionally accept these Terms and agree to be bound by them in full.

Eligibility & Age Restriction

The fa9990 platform is strictly intended for adult users only. To register an account and use any service offered on fa9990.club, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which your account remains active:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. Registration by persons under 18 is strictly prohibited and constitutes a serious violation of these Terms.
• You must be registering and playing as an individual acting on your own behalf — not on behalf of another person, organisation, or legal entity.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, or agent of fa9990 or any of its affiliated companies, subsidiaries, or game studio partners.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded from the fa9990 platform or excluded from any other online gaming platform where such exclusion remains in force.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.

fa9990 takes its age verification obligations seriously. During the Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process, you will be required to submit documentary evidence of your age and identity. fa9990 reserves the right to request such documentation at any point during the lifetime of your account and to suspend account access pending the outcome of verification. Any account found to belong to a player who is under 18 years of age will be immediately and permanently closed, all funds will be handled in accordance with applicable regulations, and any winnings generated during the period of underage use will be voided.

Account Registration & Verification

Registration Requirements

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one registered account on the fa9990 platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances or pending withdrawals held within those accounts.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information throughout the lifetime of your account. Account Security

You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account, whether authorised by you or not, is your responsibility. Currency

General Bonus Rules

• Free bets credited as part of a promotion must be used within the validity period stated in the promotion terms. Unused free bets expire automatically at the end of the validity period.

User Obligations & Prohibited Conduct

By using the fa9990 platform, you agree to conduct yourself in a lawful, honest, and respectful manner at all times. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances:

Prohibited Activities

• Fraud and misrepresentation: Providing false personal information during registration or at any subsequent point, including falsifying KYC documentation.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one fa9990 account as a single individual, whether under the same or different personal details.
• Match fixing and insider betting: Placing bets based on insider information, or participating in any scheme to fix or influence the outcome of any event offered on the fa9990 sportsbook.
• Collusion: Cooperating with other players to obtain an unfair advantage in any casino game or betting market offered on the platform.
• Bonus abuse: Exploiting promotions, free bets, or cashback offers through strategies designed to guarantee profit without genuine recreational intent.
• Money laundering: Using the fa9990 platform to deposit, move, or withdraw funds as part of any money laundering activity or attempt to conceal the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Unauthorised automated access: Using bots, scripts, automated tools, or artificial intelligence to interact with the platform, place bets, or gain any form of advantage not available to standard manual users.
• Chargebacks: Initiating unjustified chargebacks or payment reversals with your payment provider after deposits have been credited to your fa9990 account.

Intellectual Property

All content on the fa9990 platform — including but not limited to the fa9990 brand name and logo, website design, layout, graphics, software, game content supplied by third-party studio partners, text, trademarks, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of fa9990 or its respective licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the fa9990 platform solely for your own personal, recreational, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, broadcast, publish, or create derivative works from any fa9990 content without prior written authorisation from fa9990.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any software component of the fa9990 platform.
• Use any fa9990 trademark, logo, or brand asset in any commercial or promotional material without explicit written permission.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the fa9990 platform on any other website or application without written consent.

Game content made available on the fa9990 platform is supplied under licence from third-party studio partners including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, among others. All intellectual property rights in such game content remain with the respective studio. fa9990 does not claim ownership of third-party game content.

Any unauthorised use of fa9990's intellectual property or the intellectual property of its studio partners may result in civil or criminal legal action, in addition to immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balances.

Account Suspension & Closure

Closure Initiated by the Player

You may request the closure of your fa9990 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Prior to closure, you should withdraw any remaining real-money balance from your account. Bonus balances that have not met applicable wagering requirements are non-withdrawable and will be forfeited upon account closure. Account closure requests are typically processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Self-Exclusion

Suspension or Closure Initiated by fa9990

fa9990 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions
• Confirmed or suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any form of dishonest conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the timeframe specified
• Multi-accounting or other attempts to circumvent platform rules
• Abuse of bonuses or promotions
• Extended account inactivity (defined as no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months)
• Any legal, regulatory, or compliance requirement that necessitates account closure

Where an account is closed by fa9990 due to a confirmed rule violation or fraudulent conduct, fa9990 reserves the right to withhold all or part of the account balance. Where an account is closed for reasons unrelated to misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe following the completion of any required security review.
